We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment we will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free return.

 We will accept the returns of the product only under the following conditions:

  • Products must be in the original packaging
  • Products must be clean and free from wear
  • Products must be unwashed

We do not accept exchange or return on customer specifically customized designed products

Ship the item via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Custom duties and all associated taxes and costs are exclusively at Customers’ charge. These will have to be paid by the Customer to the shipping company (DHL) or the local customs authority upon arrival/receipt of the goods. Not in any case will PRYDE:

  • Refund an order that will have been refused by the receiver upon delivery by DHL
  • Refund the custom duties and all associated taxes and costs on products returned

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, and is based on several factors including the items ordered and the shipping method selected.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are generally processed in 24-48 hours from the time of receipt (excluding Saturday & Sunday). Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

We offer THAIPOST shipping for domestics in Thailand, for international we ship with DHL worldwide.  Average, shipping within Thailand takes 3 – 5 business days, and for international orders DHL requires 3 – 7 business days.


Do you ship to my country?

To see if we currently ship to your country, add an item to your cart, view the cart and click the Checkout button. On the address entry page, you can type in of your countries to see whether we currently do ship to. If your country is not shown, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your country at this time

When will my order be shipped and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

 

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?

Orders shipping to destinations outside the Thailand might incur duties and taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Currently we cannot modify purchased items in an order. If there is a problem with your shipping address please emails the correct address to [email protected] and we will make the modification if your order has not been processed. In the event that your order has already shipped and the provided address was wrong, please note that the buyer assumes all responsibility.

What are my payment choices?

You can choose the payment methods during the checkout process via the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Online orders are payable on our secured server with Visa & Master Card.
  • PayPal: During checkout, please select the PayPal payment option and you will be redirected to a PayPal page to complete your payment.
