We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment we will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free return.
We will accept the returns of the product only under the following conditions:
- Products must be in the original packaging
- Products must be clean and free from wear
- Products must be unwashed
We do not accept exchange or return on customer specifically customized designed products
Ship the item via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Custom duties and all associated taxes and costs are exclusively at Customers’ charge. These will have to be paid by the Customer to the shipping company (DHL) or the local customs authority upon arrival/receipt of the goods. Not in any case will PRYDE:
- Refund an order that will have been refused by the receiver upon delivery by DHL
- Refund the custom duties and all associated taxes and costs on products returned
